Salt and pepper salmon cuts and allow to sit

Slice potato into 8mm (1/3 inch) thick strips and boil. Dice celery.

Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a frying pan, pat salmon slices with a towel to remove excess moisture, then saute.

Add celery, white wine and Kikkoman Soy Sauce to pan (3) making sure salmon is coated evenly. Move salmon to a serving plate.

Wipe frying pan clean. Add 1 Tbsp of butter and saute potato strips. Dribble on 1 tsp of Kikkoman Soy Sauce and serve along with salmon (4) and garnish with watercress.
