Directions

  1. Break apart the broccoli, shave the stems into rectangular slices.
  2. Thinly slice the spring onion at an angle.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. In the following order stir fry (1), then (2).
  4. Cut the heat, add in (A) and carefully stir.
