Cut the Japanese long onion in half, then into small slices diagonally. Stir fry until softened.

Chop up the the bok choy.

Finely slice the tofu.

Place (A) and (2) in a pot. Once boiling, allow to simmer for 3 minutes.

Add in the cooking sake and broken apart crab meat. Once boiling add in a water-potato starch mix and stir well until the sauce thickens.

Add in (3), season with (B) and add in some sesame oil for additional seasoning.
