Coarsely mince up the onion.

Heat up water that is 1% salt (600 ml (20.3 fl. oz.) of water with 1 tsp of salt). Quickly boil the green peas and (1) together, and then place in a colander to drain.

Combine the garlic, soy sauce and olive oil from (A) in a bowl, then add in and mash up the anchovy fillet. Add (2) to dress all ingredients.
- If using frozen peas, quickly heat thoroughly before using.

Cut the onion with its outer skin removed vertically in half, and thinly slice cut-side down without cutting as far as the base. Then lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts, finely chopping from end to end.
