Salt and pepper both sides of the pork.

Cut the onion into 1 cm (about 1/2 in.) thick rounds.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, then place (2) and lightly floured (1) in the pan.
If using rosemary, place near the pork, and cover with a lid.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat. -
Turn over the pork and onions, and cook through for 3 minutes over medium-low heat uncovered.
Remove the onions and remove any excess oil from the pan.
Add (A) and lightly saute the pork, then add (B) and coat. -
Loosen the onions and serve together with the pork cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
Garnish with rosemary and cover with remaining sauce in the pan.
