Peel sweet potato, cut into pieces 2 cm (3/4 in.) thick and rinse with water. Boil until soft in boiling water with salt (extra) added.

Dry sweet potato and mash with masher. Add soy sauce, sugar, butter and whipped egg yolk and combine.

Pack into aluminum foil baking cups. Mix together (A), and apply with brush. Cook in toaster oven for 4-5 minutes until it is browned.
