Directions

  1. Divide the mackerel into 8 pieces.
  2. Cut the kimchi into 3cm (1 in) pieces.
  3. Cut off the hard stem from the chrysanthemum, slice leaves into 3 cm (1 in) pieces.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of water and (A) to a pot, bring to a boil. Place the mackerel and kimchi inside and boil for 10 min. Finally add in chrysanthemum leaves and boil until soft.
