Cut the tofu into 12 cubes.

Cut the spinach into thirds lengthwise, place on a plate and arrange the tofu on top.

Cut the bacon into 1 cm (0.4 in.) thick pieces. Cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces. Heat the oil in a fry pan, then saute the sliced garlic and chopped red chili pepper until fragrant. Add in the bacon and mushrooms, then (A).
